Dear Kingston community members,

I think we can all agree we are living through a time of unprecedented challenge and change. Every day I hear from residents who are anxious about economic uncertainty, cost of living pressures, or the impacts of changing technology.

It is because of these challenges in front of us, that I am convinced this is a moment where experience and proven leadership are critical for our community. That is why I have decided to run for re-election as mayor this fall.

In putting my name forward, I am offering a track record of getting results and pulling our community together to navigate through tough issues we have faced in the past. I know how to get things done, and how to advocate effectively for the necessary investments and supports from the provincial and federal governments. Most importantly, I offer a leadership approach based on teamwork and collaboration, because I believe in our community and what we can accomplish together.

Today I’m asking you to join me in an important conversation about the future of our city. Over the next few months, I’m looking forward to speaking with you about my plans and priorities, and a renewed vision for where we are headed as a city.

I’m ready to share my ideas to improve affordability, to build more housing, and to create safer neighbourhoods and vibrant new community spaces. I’m also looking forward to hearing about your concerns, your ideas, and your priorities.

I believe with the right leadership and by working together, we can rise to meet the challenges ahead.

Best regards,

Bryan
